In March of 2016, a 2-day-limited pop-up shop in Omotesando was opened called “Mobile shop full of Pepper”. This pop up shop had Pepper instructing the German robot arm IIWA by KUKA to give presents to the customers that arrived at the shop.
At our company, we developed the communication system between Pepper and IIWA. It was an interesting project as we worked on robot-to-robot communication, not human-to-robot (or vice versa).
